Banana Boss began in Sarasota with a simple idea: banana bread can feel like a treat without asking you to ignore the ingredient list. So we bake from scratch, in small batches, with ingredients we are proud to put on our own table.

SRQ is where the story begins. As Banana Boss grows, the city signature can travel with it — SRQ today, and someday a new three-letter home in the next community.

Built on organic Italian Tipo 00 flour, ripe organic bananas, grass-fed Irish butter, pasture-raised organic eggs, organic cane sugar, vanilla, and baking soda.

We built our own organic blend instead of settling for a commercial mix: sorghum, millet, tapioca, potato starch, and psyllium husk.

Where can you ship right now?

Banana Boss SRQ currently ships within Florida. Current shipping and local delivery options are shown during Square checkout.

Is the gluten-free line made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen?

No. Both lines are made in the same home kitchen. Gluten-free batches use dedicated gluten-free bakeware and utensils and are prepared separately, but we cannot guarantee against cross-contact with wheat or gluten.

How should I store my loaf?

Our current guidance is to enjoy the loaf within 3–4 days at room temperature or freeze it for longer storage. See the policies page for the full terms and product guidance.

Do you use mixes, preservatives, or seed oils?

No. Every Banana Boss loaf is baked from scratch in small batches without premade mixes, preservatives, or seed oils.

Your coffee has a type.
